Finnabair Inspired page

I have been so inspired by Anna (aka Finnabair) lately as she travels and inspires others to create the most beautiful textured masterpieces.

I used locally made chipboard lazer cuts and one of my flowers that I love making which I coloured with Peeled Paint, Walnut Stain together with Fired Brick Distress Stain, randomly covered with Gold paint dabber in areas.  I did the "splat" technique with the Walnut Stain dabber which had some Peeled paint still on its dabber which gave a wonderful blended splat!  I used Archival ink to stamp with once my photo was down so that I could go onto it for a more continuous look.  Finally I covered select areas with Forever Red Perfect Pearl Mist.

Thanks for the visit

  2. Gorgeous layout Bella and fabby photo. Love all the little touches. Off to peek at Finnabair's blog now so thank you.

  3. Your style is evolving, Bella! I like this one the best of all of your Layouts I have seen- complexity & layering, yet knowing when to stop!

  4. Absolutely stunning - lovely colour palette and a great layers. Your choice of embellishments are the perfect foil for the photograph and your handmade flower is gorgeous. Elizabeth xx
