Hello fellow Desker, welcome to my desk in a wet and miserable Cape Town, South Africa.
Surprisingly you can actually see my desk...I have been flat out busy making card kits for a birthday party of eight 11 year olds at the store tomorrow and then kitting up for the double scrap page I am teaching on Saturday
Left on my desk after the kitting flurry is the new die from Couture Creations which I bought yesterday and the card I made with it as shown below and then there is the cutlery pouch which was a sample I made to test a theory and it worked, so now I will be making lots to sell at a craft market next week-end.
Thanks for the visit.
EDIT! Stop press! Look what was in my post box when I popped in at home at Lunch time! My RAK from Nikki! How awesome and I have the afternoon to play with it too! Thanks so much!

Lovely card and I can't wait to see the cutlery pouches you are making. I can see one in the picture but not sure what they look like in reality. Hope we get a bigger picture next week.
ReplyDeleteIn the meantime - stay sane at the party. LOL

The card is amazing! And what a lot of wonderful goodies for you to play with - enjoy! It's good to read that it's rainy and gloomy in SA, like it is in Worcester, UK!! Not really, I hope the sun comes out real soon for you! Have a great week x

ReplyDeletelove the window die and card, especially all in white ... stunning

Oh that is a gorgeous card. A workshop with 11 year olds will be great because they are so enthusiastic at that age. Try and get a class of 14 year olds interested in designing (I'm a teacher)! Thank you for sharing and good luck, Ela x #106
ReplyDeleteBeautiful white card, Bella - sometimes the absence of colour can be a real tonic, and can have quite an impact!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and your nice comment - I must say I'd never heard of THAT use for old teabags ha ha!! It seems that there is no end to the usefulness of this humble little object!
