What's on My Workdesk Wednesday 217? Thin Dies

Hello fellow Desk Hopper, welcome to my desk in Cape Town, South Africa on this cold 7 Deg C morning.  Winter is finally setting in, there must be snow on our nearby mountains.

Here is my desk with a test run of new dies, the tea set, bike, cup cake (yes my addiction both in paper and cake & icing format) and the two vintage cars.

Recently a client at my store said she organised her thin dies in a CD case...I knew I had one somewhere and thought I would give it a try.  Works a treat!  It even fits the stamps and the dies one above the other of the stamp to cut sets, now they are all in one place.  BRILLIANT idea!
Then this was my desk on Monday night while trying to design a page for class this Saturday...the finished page is below.
So that's me for today.

See you at your desk when Mr Linky finally shows up, or before if your link is in the comments over at Julia's place.

Bella

  1. Hi, Belinda! Thanks for visiting my Texas blog. Looks like some fabulously fun dies on your desk!

    Your scrapbook pages are sensational.

I just deleted the above comment because when I typed in the code for how to link your blog it turned into a link and the directions disappeared which is no help to you. Sorry. I tried!

That's a good idea, unfortunately I think I put the last one in a charity bag, I'm going to be going round the charity shops now looking for one.

  10. Hello Belinda. Exciting looking desk today - have fun.
Thanks for stopping by - yes, it has taken four years to do the project - but in between doing bits of it I've done loads of other things - even other pergamano... Cards, scrapbook pages, moved house, cared for my parents, cared for a poorly hubby, sewn blankets for our church mission, made bags for an orphan school in Uganda, catered for several events - etc!!! So not really been bored!
    Have a great week.

  14. Hi Bella,

Great desk this week and love the idea for storing the dies, if it works stick with it. I put mine onto magnet sheets and stick them to A$ chipboard then store them into big heavy duty A4 storage files.

Thanks for visiting, unfortunately the wrong link went up this week and everyone is visiting me from 2 weeks ago desk LOL Thanks for popping by so nice to have you drop in too.

Hugs Eliza & Yoda who is really 52
Sorry I am getting back to you so late.
